Starting SkySync and only the splash screen appears...

Sometimes when starting SkySync after a monitor resolution change or if a laptop was disconnected from a docking station, only the splash screen appears and the SkySync Desktop does not appear.

 

 

This is caused when the SkySync desktop appears off screen.  To get the SkySync app back on the desktop, follow these steps:

    1. Hover the mouse cursor over the SkySync application on the taskbar until a representation of the application appears above the SkySync Icon.


 

    2. Right-click the app picture.

    3. Choose Move. Use the arrow keys to move the application back on-screen.
